Harris Tweed Joins Nike for a Luxe Take on the Dunk Low
Harris Tweed is partnering with Nike for a highly anticipated release, giving the iconic Dunk Low silhouette a luxurious and textural update. Rumored to arrive in three distinct colorways, the collaboration swaps out the Dunk’s traditional leather uppers for handwoven Harris Tweed wool, imported from Scotland — bringing a refined, heritage-driven edge to the beloved streetwear staple.
Each pair is marked by a Harris Tweed tag stitched onto the tongue of the left shoe, cementing the partnership with an official seal of authenticity.
The first standout colorway features a multicolored tweed upper, with a soft pink and blue weave that incorporates subtle blue threads throughout, set atop a light pink canvas. A black and white woven quarter overlay adds visual contrast, offering a clash of patterns that gives the shoe an edgy, fashion-forward feel. Rich dark brown accents appear on the Swoosh, laces and heel lining, grounding the palette and tying the design together. A pink embroidered Nike logo decorates the heel tab, which sits atop a brown canvas base. The look is completed with a coral-colored midsole, a chocolate brown outsole and an ocean blue insole, adding a vibrant final touch.
In contrast, the second colorway takes on a more minimalist and monochromatic approach. The upper features an all-over black-and-white houndstooth tweed pattern, offering a timeless and sophisticated look. Black laces, Swoosh and matching overlays blend seamlessly into the shoe, making it a versatile option for both elevated and casual styling.
This collaboration merges Nike’s sportswear legacy with the centuries-old tradition of Harris Tweed craftsmanship. The result is a collection that appeals to both sneaker enthusiasts and fashion purists — celebrating quality materials, timeless patterns and thoughtful design. With its heritage textile base, this Dunk Low release brings a new level of sophistication to the streetwear icon.
Stay tuned for images of the third colorway.
