Taylor Russell Is a Vision in the Woods for LOEWE’s SS25 Campaign
LOEWE took actors Drew Starkey, Taylor Russell, and Wang Yibo to the mountaintops of Spain’s Collsacabra range for its provincial SS25 campaign. Shot by David Sims, the Spanish label’s latest campaign showcases creative director Jonathan Anderson‘s contemporary silhouettes interpreted with graceful draping and strong tailoring.
Lead actor from Queer (2024) Drew Starkey reclines in tall grass with Loewe’s signature puzzle bag in exuberant Evergreen, complementing a technicolor intarsia sweater vest and oversized pleated trousers. Elsewhere, Starkey stands strong in a long calfskin coat with an ombre effect that transitions from slick brown leather to a dark ostrich-embossed pattern.
Dramatically draped trousers are worn by Chinese actor Wang Yibo, a statement-making piece comprising both medium-weight cotton and checked wool jacquard fabrics. The pants are styled with a backward-style checked shirt finished with a gentle crinkled effect. Yibo also models the collection’s knitwear in a blue cable stitch sweater and some impressive tailoring in a beige blazer with baggy sleeves.
Elsewhere, Candian actress Taylor Russell is found in a cropped leather cape jacket with a draped burgundy leather skirt. In more Summer-appropriate looks, the actress wears one of Anderson’s structured floral dresses in one photo and a mini-cut brown sequined number in another.
In breathtaking Catalonian landscapes, the campaign closes out with more floral dresses flowing freely in the wind and LOEWE’s leather handbags hanging from barren branches.
