SKIMS Named the Official Underwear Partner of the NBA
Off the back of its recent Nipple bra release and debut menswear line, Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS just announced a multi-year partnership with the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA).
Together, SKIMS and the WNBA will work on hosting new activations as the league approaches its 2024 season, set to kick things off at the mid-season AT&T WNBA All-Star Game showcase in Phoenix.
“We’re thrilled to partner with the WNBA and to excite fans and female athletes through WNBA marquee events, brand activations, media, and campaigns,” said Kim Kardashian, Co-Founder and Creative Director of SKIMS.
We look forward to working together in amplifying our joint values of women empowerment and individual confidence.”
Echoing that sentiment is WNBA Commissioner Cathy Englebert, who added, “The athletes of the WNBA are trendsetters and cultural influencers. There is no better time to be joining the league as a partner, and we are excited to work with SKIMS, a brand that has quickly cemented its status as a cultural centrepiece, to elevate each other’s brands and celebrate female athletes and their impact in society.”
