LaMelo Ball and PUMA Introduce the MB.03 “Toxic”
LaMelo Ball and PUMA are reaching for the stars as the footwear brand and Charlotte Hornets player have just dropped the MB.03 “Toxic.”
Inspired by the athlete’s suspicions that he’s from outer space, the sneaker is painted in a bold grape hue, alongside vibrant pink and radioactive green. The purple upper is decorated with galactic detailing as the abstract motifs are modeled after Ball’s personal alien tattoos. Pink slashes peek out of the sides, matching the bubblegum-tinted midsole with a slime green outsole reaching out from underneath. The design doesn’t leave function behind as the sole delivers full coverage and a nonslip rubber material to provide extra traction and durability. The overall construction remains lightweight, allowing its wearer to move with ease on and off the court.
The PUMA MB.03 “Toxic” arrives on PUMA and select retailers starting on October 27.
