Beyoncé and adidas Have Agreed to Terminate Their Partnership
According reports, Beyoncé and adidas have mutually agreed to part ways. The reports go on to note major creative differences between the artist’s IVY PARK label and the German sportswear giant. Beyoncé is now looking towards regaining ownership of IVY PARK, pushing towards redirecting the direction of the label.
Beyoncé started her creative partnership with adidas back in 2018 launching an activewear line, but IVY PARK was founded in 2016 as a joint venture with Sir Philip Green of Topshop. Though the 50-50 venture with Topshop ended in 2018, with Beyoncé gaining full ownership of IVY PARK. In recent years, IVY PARK has developed apparel and footwear with the help of adidas.
