Missoni Enters A New Era for FW23
Missoni is feeling themselves as the iconic brand has reimagined and updated its ubiquitous chevron pattern for Fall/Winter 2023.
The label’s familiar triangular motif instantly calls its owner to name and Missoni’s masterful manipulation of its trademark design results in a collection for new an long-time fans. The geometric print is painted in shades of bright crimson and blue, alongside more neutral tones as it’s stretched across daring silhouettes and a multitude of fabrics.
Fur coats are expertly crafted to mirror the label’s Harvey Quinn-themed color palette, delivering split red and blue outerwear to join dizzying ensembles. Tinsel-covered trench coats bear abstract shapes as the chevron pattern is exaggerated in size, transforming itself into something new. Meanwhile, tight-fitting shirts are slyly shifted to the side to reveal midriff cutouts, whereas zig zagged shirt dresses offer the best of both worlds, providing a dual color way.

Missoni dips its toes into solids, presenting artfully crinkled lavender fabric fashioned into leisurely robes, joining neon yellow ruched shifts. Floral prints are also a new venture as oversized roses appear on sheer bodysuits and plunging frocks.
