Tokyo Design Studio and AURALEE Remaster Archive New Balance Garments
Having worked together on a number of footwear silhouettes throughout the years including a duo of XC-72 sneakers last December, AURALEE and New Balance now collide once again for an “NB Archive Remastered by AURALEE x TDS” collection involving New Balance’s Tokyo Design Studio.
AURALEE offers a distinct, modern spin on six archived NB pieces including a blocked single jersey crew sweater, a nylon chambray tracksuit, long-sleeve and short-sleeve tees featuring retro graphics, and a “vintage-feel” running cap made by Italian fabric maker Limonta which holds water-repellent and wind resistant properties.

To showcase the collaboration, the duo launches a visual “RE-VISIT” series asking a number of independent artists from around the world to style the pieces while speaking on the importance of reconnecting with objects and moments from the past.
The “NB Archive Remastered by AURALEE x TDS” collection will be available via AURALEE stores, select New Balance stores, and online on March 3. Prices range from ¥6,600 to ¥38,500 JPY. The full “RE-VISIT” series can be found on AURALEE’s socials linked below.
