Time travel with the new PUMA Slipstream Lo Retro
Introducing the Slipstream Lo Retro trainers from PUMA. Released as a competitive basketball shoe in 1987 and then reissued in the 2000s with crazy colourways, the iconic Slipstream Lo has made its mark at all important moments of sneaker history.
Initially released as a hightop performance shoe, the Slipstream Lo quickly turned into a streetwear classic.
Now, while staying true to its basketball heritage through details such as the stitching, the Slipstream Lo graphic, and the sole, the sneaker has been revived and updated to modern preferences. A cleaner, more minimal version of the ‘80s original, the new Slipstream Lo Retro is the perfect blank canvas, with just a touch of nostalgia, to be restyled for today.
The Slipstream Lo Retro is available on PUMA.com, PUMA V&A Waterfront, Braamfontein and Gateway stores, Shelflife – Archive, and selected retailers from 10 May 2022, with a retail price of R1999.
