Sean Wotherspoon’s adidas Originals EQT Support 93 Is a CORDURA-Clad Colour Clash
Sean Wotherspoon stans, rejoice! The Round Two co-founder is back with yet another creation alongside adidas, this time around, reframing the popular Equipment Support 93.
If we were to compile a list of the best and/or most frequent sneaker collaborators in the game, it’d be incomplete without giving Sean Wotherspoon his flowers. Regardless of when he stepped onto your radar – for me, it was the Nike Air Max 97/1 (shock) – there’s no denying his influence; at the very least, plenty of people go crazy for his collaborations.

In recent history, we’ve seen a steady stream of releases alongside Three Stripes, which has included the uniquely wild Superstar “SUPEREARTH,” the Superfurf Adventure atmos team-up, and Superturf Adventure SW.
For the duo’s latest trick, they look to the ultra-popular early 90s favorite in the Equipment Support 93.
In true Wotherspoon style, this pair is unlike any iteration of the silhouette from the adidas archive – to the point it could be a completely alternate style. The retro runner, having undergone the SW makeover, showcases a love of the outdoors through a mixed fabrication of mesh and CORDURA atop a rugged rubber sole.

A littering of bright floral embroideries and customizable lace beads adds an additional layer of flair to the already boldly colored shoe. At the front you’ll find a hefty dose of yellow, blocking out into purple, black, and red.
As is standard for adidas and Sean Wotherspoon’s team-ups, the sneakers have been crafted in part using recycled content generated from production waste.
