Event Recap : Black Crown collaborates with Scorpion Kings
Black Crown Gin & Tonic, the unapologetically African artisanal gin brand, last night celebrated International G&T Day with a proudly African affair at Bryanston Rooftop. Amid the majestic African sunset, Black Crown launched its exclusive tunes collab with Amapiano heavyweights, DJ Maporisa and Kabza De Small, bringing this inimitable hybrid sound of piano melodies, Kwaito baseline, and deep house to its guests in authentically African playlist, released on Spotify.

Guests took a break from the beat and their eyes off the fiery African vista only long enough to appreciate the brilliantly curated African art on display by Black Crown’s , David Blaq, Great Joy and Themba Mbuyisa. The evening’s sporting DJs, DJ Roxpaperzscissors and Don Design, kept the beat while DJing sensation, Anele Zondo, hosted the evening.
