MAC Unveils Its “Powder Kiss” Collection
MAC Cosmetics is releasing a new range of products that promise to deliver soft, blurred lips. The new “Powder Kiss Hazy Matte” collection includes both lipstick and mousse formulas, perfect for the matte lip look of your dreams. In celebration of the release, the brand tapped rapper Doja Cat and Ella Gross of K-pop group MEOVV to star in the campaign.
“The MAC ‘Powder Kiss’ collection is more than a launch — it’s an opportunity to unite the global community through artistry and innovation, while celebrating individualism and the power of wearing a lip colour to makeup your mood,” the brand says in a press release. Drawing inspiration from the matte makeup craze, the new range is said to provide both high-pigment shades and a seamlessly blurred finish.
Among the new additions, there’s the Powder Kiss Hazy Matte Lipstick, a hazy matte lip product that instantly hydrates the lips while simultaneously lasting all day thanks to its weightless formula. Next, the Powder Kiss Lip + Cheek Mousse is a multi-use product that aims to add a matte touch to any lip combo for up to 10 hours of wear. Lastly, the brand is reintroducing its signature MACximal Silky Matte Lipstick, this time in a “Powder Kiss” formula for 12 hours of high-impact, hazy color.
MAC’s “Powder Kiss” Collection ranges from $20 USD – $27 USD and is now available for purchase on the brand’s website.
