The adidas Stan Smith Gets a Soft Reboot With atmos pink’s Couture-Inspired Touch
adidas and Japanese label atmos pink have teamed up for a sophisticated reinterpretation of the classic Stan Smith. Dubbed the Stan Smith Lo Pro “Core Black,” this collaboration trades tradition for texture — blending heritage design with modern femininity through an intricately laced upper and embroidered accents.
Departing from the familiar all-leather Stan Smith, this version features a full lace construction across the upper. The “Core Black” base is adorned with delicate white lace florals, giving the shoe a blooming, couture-inspired look that’s both soft and striking. The silhouette itself is updated to the Lo Pro shape — a lower-profile iteration that aligns with current trends while maintaining the essence of the original.
Classic adidas branding is subtly reimagined. Instead of the signature perforated 3-Stripes, this pair features small stitched details that mimic the original shape, offering a more artful nod to the brand’s legacy. Satin ribbon laces are included as an optional styling upgrade, bringing a personalized and elevated touch. Co-branded details appear on the tongue and heel tab in clean black and white, while a stitched “Designed in Japan” label subtly highlights atmos pink’s creative direction and cultural roots.
Blending texture, tradition, and Tokyo flair, this release breathes new life into one of adidas’ most timeless silhouettes.
