Take a Look at the Nike Dunk High “Bicoastal”
If there’s something the internet loves, it’s green Dunks. Moodboard curators and crooked ankle types are continuing to be fed their greens by Nike, who are preparing the incoming release of the ‘Bicoastal’ Dunk High, which picks out another verdant Pantone to sell like spinach hotcakes.
‘Bicoastal’ doesn’t instantly give away the hue of this colourway, which is probably a good thing given that the rendition is so simple. It continues the usual two-tone zoning in the style of the model’s OG colourways, by splashing the accent colour on the toe bumper, laces, eye stays, Swoosh, heel panel, and ankle ‘wings’. The remainder of the upper is filled in with crisp white (technically ‘Pure Platinum’), plus nylon on the tongue, before meeting a tonal rubber sole with a little more green on the outsole. Additional texture comes in the form of mesh lining, a rather practical update to the nylon variant used in Dunks from earlier years, which works in the tandem with the toe box perforations.
The Dunk High ‘Bicoastal’ is expected to arrive at Nike retailers within weeks. Given the high volume of colourways now in the market, hopefully these are relatively easier to attain than previous green Dunk drops.
