FUEL YOUR FAST WITH THE NEW ULTRA 6AS PART OF THE UNTAMED PACK
The next full PUMA pack of the year is here, and the brand are leaving it all out on the pitch. The ‘Untamed’ pack flourishes in summertime aesthetics, bringing some sharp looks and stunning visuals to the game, dropping just in time to deliver a fresh energy to the business end of the summer tournaments.
PUMA have unleashed a fierce new lineup ahead of the up-and-coming season, designed to make noise both on the pitch and visually. All three silos have seen a design refresh, modelling some eye-catching aesthetics, whilst the Ultra also sees some technology updates to provide more speed and precision for those tekky ballers. The ‘Untamed’ pack is exactly what it says – raw, energetic and designed for those who thrive on instinct.
Taking a closer look at each silo, starting with the new Ultra 6. Arriving in a bold electric blue, the Ultra brings that razor-sharp speed aesthetic PUMA fans expect. It’s lightweight, aggressive, and of course fast. Defenders don’t stand a chance against a winger donning these. Minor tech updates have been made to elevate the silo from the Ultra 5, including a lightweight mesh upper blended with a GripControl Pro skin – giving players command of the ball even at top velocity. It’s complimented by a redesigned PWRTAPE SQD support frame that hugs the foot, offering stability without compromising agility. Once again, two soleplate options are available – Carbon or Ultimate – depending on your speed needs and pitch demands.
Next up is the Future 8. Dressed in a sleek white base paired with vibrant coral and blue accents bleeding across the forefoot. This silo is built for creativity, designed for those Neymar-esque ballers that love a through-ball and a bit of Joga Bonito. A GripControl upper returns, aiding close control and command of the ball, whilst the PWRTAPE tech provides pure lockdown of the foot. The FTR branding on the instep has been reimagined into a graffiti stye look, bringing a fresh feel to their signature detailing.
The classic King silo fashions a clean look, complementing a simple white base with orange accents that elevate the design. PUMA perfectly blend the heavy heritage of the boot with the innovative thinking of the modern-day game to provide King players with both a performance and aesthetics driven design.
All three boot editions will be available on PUMA.com, and at PUMA retail stores. However, ULTRA will also be available at Totalsports, while FUTURE will also be available at Totalsports, Studio 88 and Sportsmans Warehouse. The Untamed pack will then be on global release from 17 July. Price R4699.
