Bad Bunny and adidas Originals Are Dropping a New Hybrid Sneaker
Bad Bunny and adidas Originals are back with another new launch, this time reinterpreting classic adidas silhouettes to create the all-new Adizero SL72. Drawing from adidas’ rich archive of designs, the new silhouette merges the best of the ’70s and ’00s, combining the SL72’s upper with the sole of the Adizero.
Inspired by a fusion of retro running and high fashion aesthetics, the collaborative collection includes three core colorways of classic white, blue and yellow and red and burgundy. Complete with signature details like the classic Trefoil and adidas Badge of Sport, the new kicks are crafted from mixed material uppers, with contrasting colorways across the upper and sole.
Celebrating the new release is a collaborative campaign, inspired by the interplay of the Adizero SL72’s juxtaposing decades. Captured with mixed media from each era, the dynamic campaign translates the coming together of both timelines through double exposures and visual manipulation.
Take a look at the new Bad Bunny x adidas Originals Adizero SL72 above and head to adidas’ CONFIRMED app or flagship stores on December 14.
