Sporty & Rich Serves Up Two New adidas Originals SL72 Colorways
Sporty & Rich has lifted the curtain on two new collaborative adidas Originals silhouettes. After debuting the Sweden-inspired adidas Originals SL72 sneaker back in the springtime, what founder Emily Oberg described as “a nod to [her] half-Swedish roots,” the blue and yellow-hued sneaker’s official images have finally surfaced – alongside the debut of yet another vibrant SL72 silhouette in “Mint Rush.”
The “Light Yellow/Real Blue/Footwear White” and “Mint Rush/Power Purple/Cream White” complement each other. A smooth leather upper meets a synthetic lining, ensuring a lightweight and soft feel, as well as an optimally comfortable fit. An EVA midsole ensures more lightweight cushioning throughout the entirety of the silhouette. A white Sporty & Rich logo is stamped atop the three stripes on both iterations.
Following up Sporty & Rich x adidas Originals’ fully-fledged Olympics release – complete with three dual-minded adidas sneakers – the New York-based label’s two takes on the SL72 signal its first crack at the archival adidas silhouette.
Both colorways are set to release sometime in November.
