Nike Debuts the Air Max 1 ’87 in Smooth “Velvet Brown”
Nike unveiled the official images of the Air Max 1 ‘87 WMNS in “Velvet Brown.”
The model’s white mesh base, tan leather overlays and brown suede mudguards deliver a complementary and luxurious design. A darker brown lands on the leather panel swoosh, which also features a soft contrast via the exposed stitching, while hues of black can be found on the tongue tag, aged insoles and debossed Nike Air heel logo. The shoe rests on a white and brown specked midsole with the traditionally visible Air Max unit and a black outsole, while tan laces tie the shoe together for a clean finish.
Check out the sneaker above. The Nike Air Max 1 ‘87 WMNS “Velvet Brown” is set to release on March 15 via Nike and select retailers for a retail price of $150 USD.
