Mike Camargo Speaks on His Journey to Success and Collaborating With Puma in “For All Time” Campaign
PUMA launched their FOR ALL TIME global marketing platform last month to solidify their root as a classic sneaker brand. Over the next 8 months, PUMA will be releasing interviews, products and creative content featuring an iconic group of creatives, influencers and story tellers who make up “The Collective” who have influenced and shaped the sneaker game over the last 50 years.
This month’s featured member of The Collective is Mike Camargo aka “Upscale Vandal”. Mike is the CEO of The Vandal Group, a tastemaker, and cultural icon. His agency specialises in culturally relevant marketing and is leading initiatives to better represent Latin culture in the lifestyle space. His work with artists like J Balvin, Myke Towers and Sech, along with collaborations with brands such as Bape, Planes, and PUMA, have helped solidify larger conversations and educate the market on the lifestyle of his people.

As a key element of the project, each member of The Collective will hand select a rising member of the next generation of soon-to-be classic influencers within their fields and support their work and development with a financial grant as well as mentorship and promotional support. PUMA will highlight these new members of the Collective, shining a light on those who very well may become the “classics” of tomorrow.
This month Mike Camargo has selected Fashion & Image Consultant Walter Harvin, who is a dominant figure in today’s streetwear culture. Harvin has built a network and collaborated with some of the most renowned designers, artists and athletes in the world, also working with PUMA since 2018. He is the CEO of The Uncommon Magazine, a youth culture collaborative print & digital publication based in NYC.
