The adidas YEEZY 700 V3 “Fade Carbon” Is Finally Releasing
Earlier this month, sneakerheads got their first look at the upcoming adidas YEEZY 700 V3 “Fade Carbon,” and now the Kanye West-designed pair is finally set for its official release.
As expected, the upper is constructed from Primeknit, however, much like the “Copper Fade” colorway this “Fade Carbon” offering sports a gradient effect. Fittingly, the bold red hue at the rear transitions to an almost purple-like hue, looking like a sunset. This is echoed by the color changes sported on the sneaker’s mid-panel cage system, which acts as an exoskeleton to give the 700 V3 some extra shape to the otherwise minimal pair.
Contrasting this is the toe box, which is served up a neutrally-toned suede panel before meeting a black neoprene component that makes out the tongue, itself adorned with 3M appliqués on the vamp and black rope laces. A sock-like inner forms the cuff, providing a space inside to put your feet atop the YEEZY and adidas co-branding.
Rounding out this particular pair is the concealed full-length BOOST midsole, covered in a smooth matte rubberized material with gum-gray tread on the bottom that undulates to reveal the aforementioned cushioning technology.
The adidas Yeezy 700 V3 ‘Fade Carbon’ drops for R3999 on 6 June at Shelflife.
