Horror and Vans Join Forces for a Spooky Apparel and Footwear Collection for Halloween
Vans’ new footwear collection brings the famous Cardi B phrase, “These is bloody shoes,” to new heights.
Next month, the sneaker giant will pay homage to all your favorite horror films including The Shining, It, and A Nightmare on Elm Street with a range of gory kicks and clothes.
In September, Vans shared a video clip teasing a selection of spooky styles. Building anticipation for the drop, the skate shoe purveyor just posted a series of close-up shots, challenging customers to identify all the movie references contained in the range.

For Stanley Kubrick fans, there’s a Sk8-Hi printed with yellow graphics from the original poster for The Shining. A pair of slip-ons star the film’s creepy twins.

A nod to It, the Authentic is peppered with red balloons that reference Pennywise’s party favor of choice.
Freddy Krueger’s striped sweater serves as the base for another Sk8-Hi, finished off with blood splatters across the upper and midsole.

Lastly, a Friday the 13th Slip-On features a splattered rendering of Jason Voorhees’s mask.
And, of course, there’s plenty of apparel to accompany the footwear, from hoodies to tees to caps.

Peep a closer look at the collection here above, and expect this trick-or-treating-friendly collection to release via Vans come December 3.
