G-Star RAW introduces new colourways of The Deck ultra-high wide leg jean
This G-Star blueprint stands out due to its ultra-wide leg and high waist, inspired by the sailors clothing of the 18th century. While scrubbing and whitening the wooden decks of the ships they needed to move and work freely with wide pants. Providing an elegant yet feminine silhouette, this style presents an Ultra High rise, hugging the body on the waist and hips and opening up into a wide leg
Other features include a 5-pocket construction and zip and button closure. The hem is kept unfolded, which means you can easily trim it to create your preferred length or keep it as is.
The new Ecru (R2 299) colourway is made from Kara Ecru Denim, a compact 2×1 right hand twill construction with a greyish weft. Mixed with an ecru warp results in a light shade variation of the original Kara denim. In addition, the irregular slub character adds authenticity.
The new Delta Blue (R2 499) and Berge (R2 499) colourways are made from Mael Twill Recycled material. This 2×1 twill woven fabric created out of durable recycled polyester and sustainable farmed cotton, offering a technical sheen.
