Reebok and PLEASURES Reunite for a Footwear Collection Inspired by Human Emotion
Reebok has reunited with Los Angeles-based streetwear label PLEASURES for a second footwear collaboration. This time, the duo unveiled three models, spanning two reimagined sneaker variants – the soccer-inspired Hammer Street and the Premier Trinity model – inspired by the emotional progression of love, lust and forgiveness.
The Hammer Street “Black Velvet” boasts a plush black velvet upper that contrasts against a chunky sole, giving the retro-inspired silhouette a modern, elevated edge. Meanwhile, the “Silver Crinkle” colorway takes on a more futuristic approach with a metallic, crinkled finish across the upper that catches light and emphasizes texture, while still maintaining the Hammer Street’s classic low-profile shape.
Completing the lineup, the Hammer Street Premier Trinity KFS reintroduces a performance-driven silhouette from Reebok’s early 2000s archive, updated with PLEASURES’ distinctive aesthetic. The shoe features a mixed upper comprised of Cordura, shaved faux pony hair and suede, put together with layered paneling, a sculpted midsole and technical detailing that nods to its original athletic roots.
