HOKA Wraps the Ora Primo in Two Fall-Ready Palettes
After launching the Ora Primo in a duo of understated colorways, HOKA is now preparing for the fall season with two moody new iterations: “Squid Ink” and “Mineral Brown.” Each iteration drenches its padded, plush upper in its namesake hue – inky black for “Squid Ink” and earthy brown for “Mineral Brown” – while rope-like pull loops and stacked outsoles appear in complementary tones that subtly elevate the palette. “Squid Ink”’s monochromatic black delivers a stealthy, tactical edge, whereas “Mineral Brown: is punctuated by smoky “Cast Iron” accents that add depth and texture.
On the technical side, the Ora Primo lives up to its billing as a recovery slip-on shoe. It provides HOKA’s signature plush ride through a lightweight polyurethane foam underfoot. The upper, crafted from a stretchy nylon mesh, holds the foot securely without the need for traditional laces, enhancing its function as a comfortable and easy-to-wear slip-on.
