New Balance 9060 Surfaces in Two New Tonal Colorways
The New Balance 9060 returns in two tonal treatments – “Black” and “Gray” – that update its Y2K-inspired runner silhouette with a contemporary caged aesthetic. The “Black” variant presents a stealthy, all-black upper, while the “Gray” model features a sophisticated, tonal gray palette. Both designs retain the model’s bold, sculptural form and exaggerated midsole, signaling New Balance’s commitment to forward-thinking form and function.
The upper fuses open, breathable mesh with a supportive TPU cage overlay, creating a lightweight structure that locks the foot in place. A durable rubber outsole, patterned for multidirectional grip, ensures confident traction on city streets and beyond. Meanwhile, on the underfoot, each pair employs New Balance’s injection-molded ABZORB and SBS cushioning in the midsole, delivering responsive impact absorption and energy return.
