OVO Reps Chelsea FC in New Central Cee-Fronted Collab Capsule
On the heels of his three-night stint of headlining Wireless Festival over the weekend, Drake is sending some more love across the pond. With fellow UK rapper Central Cee in tow, October’s Very Own is hitting the pitch with Chelsea FC for a limited-edition lineup of collaborative apparel.
With Cench leading the lookbook, OVO x Chelsea FC lean into the cross-continental mentality that defines the collaborative release: “Two cities. One heartbeat.”
“Rooted in legacy. Charged by passion. A collaboration where culture moves with confidence, and street style meets sport excellence,” reads the Instagram caption.
It’s this ethos that translates directly into the dual-minded apparel, which is branded by a new logo – one that amalgamates the OVO owl into the football club’s signature insignia.
At the core of the capsule is the OVO x Chelsea Varsity Jacket. Crafted fully in Canada from a mixture of leather and wool, the jacket is defined by its all-over embroidered patching. Elsewhere, the duo presents a pair of short-sleeved T-shirts alongside another long-sleeved option, as well as a Rugby shirt and a heavyweight hoodie. Closing out the range is a collaborative cap.
