Rick Owens Reimagines the Converse Weapon With Inflated “TURBOWPN Ox”

Converse and Rick Owens’ DRKSHDW line have unveiled the TURBOWPN Ox, a bold new low-top take on the inflated, avant-garde silhouette that has defined their partnership. Inspired by Owens’ mission to challenge fashion norms, the TURBOWPN Ox distorts the classic Converse Weapon with an exaggerated premium leather upper, elongated tongue, blown-out midsole and CX foam cushioning for added comfort. Custom details like a wrap-around DRKSHDW woven label, sawtooth outsole and molded rubber heel sharpen the rebellious design, which drops in two muted colorways, “Black” and “Oyster.” The Converse x DRKSHDW TURBOWPN Ox launches globally on April 29.
