adidas Originals x Brain Dead Hits the Tennis Court Once Again
After making their debut collab on the Stan Smith last year, adidas Originals and Brain Dead reunite for Spring/Summer 2025 — this time as part of Brain Dead’s seasonal collection. The two put a tennis-inspired spin on retro sportswear, spotlighting the footwear label’s heritage Forest Hills sneaker.
Originally released in the ’70s as adidas’ lightest tennis shoe, the Forest Hills returns with a Brain Dead twist. Offered in two colorways, both pairs feature hairy suede uppers, leather three stripes and co-branded embossing. The cream white version sports a brown heel tab, rubber sole and stripes in yellow, green and navy. While the black version keeps it moodier with cream stripes and a black sole.
The collection also steps off the court with a ready-to-wear lineup, including track tops, polos, tees, crewnecks, shorts and pants, all drenched in a bright green, blue and yellow palette. Brain Dead’s distinct graphics and offbeat attitude reimagines classic tennis silhouettes with an artful, fun aesthetic.
Take a closer look at the entire adidas Originals x Brain Dead SS25 collection in the lookbook above and expect the range to drop for purchase at both Brain Dead and adidas’ webstores and select adidas storefronts on April 25.
