Nike LD-1000 “Baroque Brown” Adds a Touch of Nostalgia to the Rotation
Nike is leaning into the vintage stylings, bringing back the 1970s silhouette with the LD-1000. Bringing nostalgia to the forefront, the shoe arrives in a “Baroque Brown” colorway and sees the upper in a waffle-pattern outsole created by Bill Bowerman. The retro shoe arrives in warm earth tones, with accents of hemp, light British tan and pearl white. The fall-ready shoe sits atop a vintage foam midsole and its signature waffle sole and is slated to arrive this summer.
