The event took place at Magugu House in Dunkeld, Johannesburg, highlighting a partnership that brings together fashion and interior design with a focus on African heritage.

Thebe Magugu, known for fashion designs imbued with cultural narratives, collaborated with Weylandts, known for bold furniture and homeware.
Showcase Items:
A bespoke Sofa and Duffel Bag, blending Magugu’s aesthetic with Weylandts’ design ethos. Features include jacquard weave woven in Cape Town with motifs from Basotho blankets.
Charity Auction:
An auction of a bespoke sofa and bag was held to fund the education of a promising design student, Samuel Mofokeng.
Venue:
The event was hosted at Magugu House, Thebe Magugu’s first physical showroom, which was furnished by Weylandts.
