Prada Centers on Conversation for FW24 Campaign
Prada‘s Fall/Winter 2024 campaign strips things bare, focusing on “honest human interaction” and “the exchange of ideas.” Starring an eclectic mix of well-known actors and ambassadors, the campaign sees Damson Idris, Harris Dickinson, Yili Ma, Letitia Wright and Hunter Schafer immersed in conversation, spotlighting pieces from the FW24 collection.
Lensed by Willy Vanderperre, the campaign explores the art of interaction, capturing stolen moments and intimate discussions, and celebrating fashion as a form of exchange. Drawing inspiration from different film eras, narrative cinema and documentary-style filming, the campaign sees its ensemble cast conversing both face-to-face and via phone.
Speaking from a script created by Miranda July — an artist whose own work also centers around discussion and language — the campaign features still image and short films, directed by Oscar-nominated director Garret Bradley.
