Stone Island Centers on Reduced Design With SS24 Ghost Capsule

As warmer days creep in, there still is a need for when the weather dips into chilly or wet moments. So to remain equipped, Stone Island has revealed its new Spring/Summer 2024 Ghost capsule.

With a focus on reduced designs, the collection pieces come to be with an emphasis on lightweight constructions. Another key focus of the collection is to continue playing with and evolving the scope of volume for technical clothing. So to accomplish these objectives, Stone Island opted to remove a range of details in addition to keeping the collection completely monochromatic.

In true Stone Island fashion, jackets remain a core collection focus featuring zip-up bombers, trench coats, field jackets and more. But to liven the pieces this time, Stone Island focuses on Cupro Raso and 100% organic O-VENTILE fabrics. The former is crafted from cotton that has a silk field, while the latter is a compact fabric commonly used in military uniforms.

To its note about volume, the brand tossed up jackets with details like kimono sleeves, broader backs, exaggerated hoods with two-way drawstring, low-cut waists and more. Aside from outerwear, the capsule also extends to overshirts, cargo pants, knitwear, sweatshirts and shorts – appearing in shades of beige, navy and natural white.
