The Nike ACG Watercat+ Goes Green
While Nike and its All Conditions Gear (ACG) division gear up to relaunch a bevy of retro silhouettes from the line, it’s continuing to feature silhouettes that it recently brought back. In 2023, this included the reintroduction of the ACG Watercat+ — a water-ready model from 2006. A modest range of colorways hit the market last year, including all-gold and all-purple presentations of the design. As we dive into 2024, Nike has revealed a mint green finish for the shoe.
Kicking off this eye-catching pair, its breathable upper utilizes several soft green hues throughout its water-ready construction. Nike ACG branding is included at the tongue tag, heel and the lateral portion of the midsole’s heel while a white midsole rests atop a black rubber outsole. As for its technical specifications, its signature quick-entry lacing system is equipped with non-wicking cords and the durable sole unit favors undulating lugs to emphasize sturdiness.
At the time of writing, no release details pertaining to this mint green colorway of the ACG Watercat+ have been shared by the Swoosh. Stay tuned for updates as it’s likely to touch down on shelves via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at some point in the coming months at a starting price of $125 USD.
