Marvel Reunites the Gang in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’ Super Bowl Trailer

Marvel has released the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 trailer during the Super Bowl, revealing the gang’s reunion with Gamora, played by Zoe Saldaña.

The trailer sees Chris Pratt‘s Star-Lord reunite with his ex, Gamora, who was killed by her father Thanos a couple films back during Avengers: Infinity War. In Endgame, an other version of Gamora with no memory of Star-Lord returns and now Star-Lord must find a way to jog her memory as the crew embarks on one last mission against Chukwudi Iwuji’s villain the High Evolutionary.

Joining Pratt and Sandaña are Dave Bautista as Drax the Destroyer, Vin Diesel as Groot, Pom Klementieff as Mantis, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Sean Gunn as Kraglin, Sylvester Stallone as Stakar Ogord and Elizabeth Debicki as Ayesha. Franchise newcomers in this film will see Will Poulter as Adam Warlock, Iwuji as the High Evolutionary and Maria Bakalova as Cosmo the Spacedog, who was introduced in the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special.

The third and final film of the franchise will release on May 5.
