Since 1774 BIRKENSTOCK has been deeply rooted in the fine art of crafting premium quality shoes. Although new styles are added and beautiful new materials and colours are introduced, BIRKENSTOCK remains committed to its heritage.
Each season BIRKENSTOCK draws on its most important innovations from almost 250 years, to present a core collection that reflects its unwavering commitment to premium quality and foot health.
At the forefront of its innovations is the iconic BIRKENSTOCK footbed which was developed in 1902 and remains largely unchanged since its introduction. Using sustainably farmed and harvested cork, each footbed is crafted to replicate a footprint in the sand, and moulds to your foot for an individualised fit that is perfectly matched and good for your feet.
The BIRKENSTOCK core collection is exclusively manufactured in Germany and each shoe is tirelessly crafted to the highest standard using natural materials. With foot health at the heart of the BIRKENSTOCK philosophy, the brand is synonymous with extraordinary quality and comfort.
This season the BIRKENSTOCK Core Collection features its classic Oiled Leather Range in the two-strap Arizona (R2 699) and the closed-toed Boston (R2 999) in black, habana, and tobacco brown. The uppers are crafted in oiled nubuck leather, with soft leather features and open selvedge finishes, emphasising the handcrafted look of these stylish sandals.
The Smooth Leather Range features a smooth upper Arizona (R2 199) in black, blue, dark brown, and white, and a Boston Smooth Leather (R2 599) in black.
The BIRKENSTOCK Birkibuc Collection has a durable synthetic material with a lightly brushed outer surface to give the look and feel of leather. The Gizeh Birkibuc (R1 899), Madrid Birkibuc (R1 699), and Mayari Birkibuc (R1 899) are available in mocha.
The timelessly diverse Birko-Flor Collection is crafted in a leather-like finish that is exclusive to BIRKENSTOCK. The surface is made of hygienic PVC, which repels dirt and water, while the straps are lined with soft fleece for maximum comfort. The easy-to-wear Arizona Birko-Flor (R1 699) is available in black, blue, dark brown, mocha, stone, and white, while the elegant thonged Gizeh Birko-Flor (R1 699), the single-strapped Madrid Birko-Flor (R 1499) and the fine-strapped Mayari (R1 699) in classic black and white.
