The Nike Air Force 1 LXX “Vachetta Tan” Features Premium Detailing
40 years ago Nike introduced the Air Force 1 and it has been a key contributor to the world of sneakers ever since. For 2022, it has rightfully celebrated its 40th anniversary with an incredibly array of collaborations, colorways and variants of the model. Adding to this, the Nike Air Force 1 LXX moves on from zippered looks with Serena Williams to a premium “Vachetta Tan” colorway.
Fans of the Air Force 1 may recall previous luxe “Vachetta Tan” releases such as 2017’s Air Force 1 ‘07 Premium which emphasized a higher-quality leather upper. This time around, the Swoosh has blended materials and colors to create a fresh take. A white leather base carries light brown suede overlays while the Swooshes and accompanying heel tab favor leather in a darker shade of brown. The traditional Air Force 1 sole unit features a white midsole with gum brown outfitting the rubber outsole and stitching to complete the look.
The Swoosh has yet to share any release information regarding the Air Force 1 LXX “Vachetta Tan.” For now, take an official look at the sneaker above and look for it to release in the coming months via Nike and select retailers.
