Stüssy and Converse Reconnect for a Chuck 70 Hi “Surfman” Collab
Hot off the heels of announcing its Fall 2022 apparel collection, Stüssy is plunging back into the spotlight by revealing a brand new footwear collaboration with Converse. The duo has reunited to produce a Chuck 70 Hi “Surfman” team-up that comes arranged with a “Plumeria/Black” palette and special branding. This latest piece serves as a follow-up to the two parties’ Chuck 70 Hi/One Star capsule that was released earlier in the Summer.
Its upper build is designed with an earth-friendly mentality as the traditional canvas has been substituted for a more breathable hemp fabric. A majority of the top layer is splashed in a summer-friendly “Plumeria” hue while the Surfman logos on the lateral collars and the All-Star branding that dons the tongues show up in solid black. Traditional Converse logos that are situated on the medial sides have been erased, but the silhouette of where the logo usually sits still remains in place. For a small touch of personalization, the kicks come packaged with white and black laces.
Interested in picking up a pair? The Stüssy & Converse collection is available worldwide at select chapter stores, select Dover Street Market locations and Stüssy on Friday, August 26th at 10am PDT.
