Sean Wotherspoon and adidas Originals’ Hot Wheels Collab Revs Into Action
Through the creation of vintage and upcycled brand The Car Company and a recent collaboration with Porshe, Round Two founder Sean Wotherspoon has managed to connect the dots between fashion, sports, nostalgia and car culture. For his latest venture, Wotherspoon brings the unique cross section to a footwear and apparel collaboration with Hot Wheels.
The collection’s hero piece is a Superturf Adventure sneaker in off-white mesh punctuated by brightly colored accents throughout. An Adilette slide adds to the footwear offering, boasting a reimagined Hot Wheels logo stylized as a sun. As for apparel, Sean Wotherspoon x Hot Wheels leans heavily into a racing inspiration with a vivid blue racing jacket, mesh top and nylon shorts. A bucket hat, tote and graphic tee complete the collection.
The full collection is available now via Wotherspoon Designs and releases August 25 via adidas.
