The Nike Women’s Air Force 1 High “Columbia Blue” is Set to Return
In honor of the Air Force 1‘s 40th anniversary, Nike has thrilled fans with special edition versions of the silhouette, a color of the month program and the return of archival models like the AF1 “Columbia Blue” now known as “University Blue.”
Last seen in the early 2000s, the Nike Air Force 1 High “University Blue” starts with a white leather base. The sneaker’s titular shade is a nod to Michael Jordan‘s alma mater, the University of North Carolina, and lands on the Swoosh, ankle strap, tongue, lining, midsole branding and outsole.
Available in a women’s size run, the sneaker is set to release August 23.
