Stüssy Announces Collaborative Nike Apparel Capsule
Stüssy has been making plenty of noise this summer. Between its Cactus Plant Flea Market capsule and Converse Chuck 70 Hi collaboration, the American streetwear label has kept fans on their toes this season. However, its Nike Air Max 2013 colorways have certainly been the release to look out for. With it arriving in “Fossil,” “Pink” and “Black,” a release date was finally announced earlier today. Shortly thereafter, it was revealed that apparel from the duo was on its way as well.
Imagery of the apparel is unfortunately limited but it looks like key pieces include a matching set of black shorts and a full-zip windbreaker with simple collaborative branding. In addition, a long sleeve carries a gradient that ranges from red to yellow to lavender while Swooshes and the Stüssy name hit the collar in black and white. A black vest, cream Nike Air hoodie and pink sweatpants round out what’s been revealed so far.
For those who have been patiently waiting for the Stüssy x Nike Air Max 2013, August 5 will serve as the opportunity to purchase both the footwear options and the apparel. Look for Stüssy to launch the collection August 5 at 1pm EDT for North America, 10am BST for the UK and Europe and August 6 at 10am JST for Japan and Korea.
