STAUD Rejoins New Balance for Surf-Inspired Collection
For the fifth time, lifestyle brand STAUD has teamed up with New Balance for a collection of carefully considered pieces. Reportedly the final offering from the two, this collection looked to STAUD co-founder and creative director Sarah “Staud” Staudinger’s newfound love of surfing for inspiration. Commenting on this, Staudinger shared
“we accentuated the vintage Southern California surf scene from the late 80’s and early 90’s, but with fresh details that bring more functionality to the pieces.”
A wide range of apparel features alongside two New Balance XC-72 colorways in this latest project from the duo. The genderless silhouette arrives in both multicolored and all-white looks. The colorful option provides hits of sky blue, lavender, navy, yellow and red orange while the all-white utilizes black laces to provide contrast. Other key inclusions are highlighted by a neoprene bonded bag and two-toned single shoulder workout top with pockets at the chest and waist.
Release for the complete collection will be taking place July 21 via STAUD and New Balance.
