DIESEL GOES SPORTY WITH A NEW ATHLEISURE LINE
DIESEL launches its new collection: DIESEL SPORT. Embodying a balance of fitness and leisure, DIESEL SPORT is propelled by both athletic influence and a lounge-ready approach. This new athleisure line represents a chance to expand the business and create a new product language, which is made to suit active, dynamic, mobile, comfort-loving and slightly irreverent lifestyles.Spring/Summer 2022 marks DIESEL SPORT’s first official collection. The vibe has a “Retro Sport” influence and it takes inspiration from archival iconic DIESEL codes, such as color-blocking in a bold primary palette, proportion plays, logo taping, and an overall impression that recalls the bold aesthetics of the 1990’s and early 2000’s.
For all genders, DIESEL SPORT has also technical implementations, like built-in supportive bras, sealed and bonded seam details, wicking fabrics, recycled polyester textile use, and wind or rain resistant materials. The collection is complete of compression shorts, sports bras, bodysuits, sweats, hoodies, tees and more.
With the Spring/Summer 2022 launch, there will also be an exclusive preview of four Fall/Winter 2022 looks sold only on DIESEL’s e-commerce store. These advance pieces play with an all over graphic “D” logo, woven into a shining contrast color print jacquard.
DIESEL SPORT will be available from 12 August 2022 in the Sandton City store, exclusively.
