Adidas Originals References the Archives for New EQT CSG 91 Sneaker
adidas Originals is known for digging into the archives, and this time the sportswear giant is referencing its rich EQT line for the release of a new EQT CSG 91 sneaker.
While the color palette dips into a variety of different tones, the speckles of blue, orange, black, and grey sit atop a subtle beige hue. The sneaker as a whole nods toward the shoe’s original ’90s sports style, revitalizing it to recreate the desired trail fit. By using a durable leather body with added accents of mesh, things are kept breathable, keeping functionality and movement as the main purpose of the shoe.
Serrated branding can be spotted throughout the shoe, best seen on the dual-toned lace system that offers a secured fit with the customary adidas Equipment branding being used on the tongue. Packing the midsole with cushioning, added propulsion has been integrated to offer more power from the ground up. Under the foot, the rubber outsole has been designed with both road and off-road traction while the premium fabrication mix takes inspiration from outdoor trail shoes to create a pleasant synergy between the great outdoors and the big city.
You can have a closer look at the adidas EQT CSG 91 above and it is available now on the official adidas website and with select retailers.
