Take a Look at the Nike Air Max Penny 1 “Orlando”
Originally debuting back in 1995, Penny Hardaway’s OG Nike Air Max Penny 1 is still a classic of 1990s basketball sneakers.
Known for its indelible jewel Swoosh and prodigious Air Max unit at the heel, Penny’s maiden sneaker was designed by Eric Avar – the brains behind other classics like the Air Foamposite and Zoom Flight 95. Built for the astonishing versatility of the 6 ft 7 guard, the 2022 retro again features a classic mid-cut silhouette manufactured in rich nubuck uppers. Visible Air technology of course features underfoot for a cushioned ride, while Penny Hardaway’s iconic 1-Cent logo appears at the heels.
The latest colourway takes cues from the Orlando Magic’s lights-out ‘Away’ uniforms, the ‘Home’ edition already landing earlier this year.
Still cold hard cash in 2022, the Nike Air Max Penny 1 ‘Orlando’ will arrive on July 1.
