Vans Teams Up with Surfers Alex Knost and Lee-Ann Curren on a Mindfully-Made Collection for Everyone
Vans has joined forces with surfers Lee-Ann Curren and Alex Knost to release a genderless collection of apparel and footwear.

Designed with inclusivity in mind, the range is highlighted with the Colfax Low and Circle Vee sneaker silhouettes. The former is crafted with sustainable full-grain leather in a “Forest Night/Black” palette, with an oversized, semi-translucent outsole completing the look. The latter, one of Vans’ newest eco-friendly models, comes with a knitted one-piece upper made of 48% organic cotton, 47% hemp, and 5% nylon. The shoe features the Vans EcoWaffle™ outsole, which uses natural rubber, in addition to the EcoCush™ drop-in footbed that is comprised of biobased FATES™ foam derived from plant-based oils.

In apparel, the surfers have designed versatile items inspired by their very own wardrobe pieces. Standouts include reversible boardshorts and tees that can be worn in any desired fit. The shorts are adorned with a floral pattern created by Curren.

The Vans x Alex Knost x Lee-Ann Curren Collection is available now at Vans retailers and at Vans.co.za.
