DC Comics and PUMA Join Forces for a Limited Edition ‘The Batman’ Collection
The Batman reboot starring Robert Pattinson, Zoe Kravitz and co. is in cinemas now, and PUMA are getting in a piece of the action by releasing a huge collaborative collection of sneakers for the whole family. Given the dark and brooding aesthetic of the new film – even more than that of the Christopher Nolan-directed trilogy, and definitely the Joel Schumacher efforts – it only makes sense that this shoe pack is similarly stealthy.
The shoes in this pack are centred around The Batman’s main characters in the eponymous hero and Catwoman, so there is a healthy dose of black and red in the colourways. There’s a vibrant two-toned Suede with bat graphics, while the Court Rider basketball shoe in Catwoman’s black and purple combo. Similarly, PUMA’s Ultra and Future Z football boots will release in Batman black and red.
The PUMA x The Batman collection will begin releasing on April 8, whereby select apparel styles will be available, while the footwear will come later this year at select stockists.
