PUMA drops second season of RE.GEN: Reduce. Reuse. Regenerate
PUMA is releasing the second season of its RE.GEN line, created in an effort to reduce textile industry waste and inspired by the idea of regeneration in an urban world.
The aim of RE.GEN is to create a collection constructed from textile industry waste and recycled materials, broken down and crafted into usable, non-virgin fabrics. RE.GEN uses recycled materials in all line pieces. Apparel styles are made with at least 20% recycled cotton and all footwear features a minimum of 20% recycled material on the upper. Many of the items are adorned with graphics, including the message “Reduce. Reuse. Regenerate.”
The latest silhouettes feature neutral and minimalistic options as well as pieces with bright pops of colour and graffiti-inspired graphics. Apparel features the all-over print Leggings (R999), Cropped Hoodie (R1 299) and Jumpsuit (R1 499) for women as well as a unisex Hoodie (R1 699), Boxy Graphic Tee (R799) and Cargo Sweat Pants (R1 499). Footwear includes popular styles like the Wild Rider (R1 999), Mirage Sport (R1 999) and women’s Mirage Clean (R1 999). The RE.GEN Backpack (R1 299), Body Bag (R699) and Bucket Hat (R549) complete the line.
The next RE.GEN drop will be available from 18 November 2021 in store and on PUMA.com.
