‘Ghost of Tsushima’ Director’s Cut to Feature Brand New Island and Story
Sucker Punch and Sony have officially announced a director’s cut of Ghost of Tsushima, promising new features for both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
The trailer for the upcoming edition confirmed that the PS5 title will take advantage of the new console as the game is set to feature dynamic 4K resolution that targets 60 FPS, haptic feedback and adaptive triggers for the DualSense controller and Japanese lip sync for the cut scene’s subs. Meanwhile, both the PS4 and PS5 will be offered the Legends co-op multiplayer and a brand new story for the Iki Island expansion, which will include new enemies and more.
Players who have yet to own the game can pre-order it for $59.99 USD and $69.99 USD on the PS4 and PS5 respectively, while those who want to upgrade their original game will need to pay $19.99 USD and $29.99 USD for the PS4 and PS5.
